The apartments which are generous in size have a lounge, american style kitchen two bedrooms and a bathroom. All apartments have a balcony which overlooks the landscaped pool area and the sea in the distance. (not all apartments have a pool or sea view). The fully equipped kitchen in each apartment contains a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob & grill, toaster, kettle, and all cooking utensils such as pots, pans and cutlery.

Each apartment is fitted with two air conditioning units, one in the main living area and one in the main bedroom ( matrimonial ).The second bedroom has two single beds. There is cable TV, plus a colour TV in each apartment. Each of the large bathrooms in the Playamarina 1 comes with a bath, shower and bidet as standard. There is a pull out couch bed (double bed) in the spacious lounge of each apartment to accommodate an extra visitor or two.

All apartments are cleaned before occupation. Fresh towels daily and linen provided. There is a safe to store all your valuables in a discrete location in every apartment. There is a secure key locking system in use on each apartment and there is a 24 hour security service provided.

The Hotel is situated on the busy and lively Cabo Roig Strip, close to the N332 road.The four storey complex is popular with Holidaymakers and Golfers alike.

Its location Murcia Air Port 20 minutes and Alicante Air Port 45 minutes make it ideal as a base, before heading off to explore the many picturesque sites that we have here in Spain.Or just have a relaxing break by the pool or on one of the many sandy beaches near by.
